In reviewing the updates to the PCard policy and moving all of our content to the new website, the Business Office has decided to discontinue the use of the PCard Unit Approver Agreement Form and the PCard User Agreement Form. These forms are no longer needed to document the use of the Purchasing Card in an Extension Office.
However, the Unit approver does still have the authority and the expectation of Extension to prohibit the use of the PCard to anyone that has not proven their ability to purchase within University parameters. Unit approvers should communicate such restrictions to the PCard manager as appropriate.
